1. Informational content
Rajasthan.io provides travel information and opinions. We are not a tour operator, booking agent, or travel agency, and we don't process payments.
2. Verify before you travel
Opening hours, fees, transport schedules, and entry rules change without notice. Verify time-sensitive details with official sources before committing money or a day of your trip. Content is provided "as is" without warranties; travel decisions and their outcomes are your own.
3. Third-party sites and bookings
Links to booking platforms, tour operators, hotels and official tourism sites take you to services we do not run. Their prices, terms, cancellation rules and privacy practices are theirs, not ours, and they can change after we link to them. Read them before you pay. If a booking goes wrong, the party that took your money is the party that can fix it.
4. Affiliate links
Some outbound links are affiliate links (marked sponsored).
Your contract for any booking is with the booking platform or provider,
not with us. An affiliate link never changes what we recommend or the
order we recommend it in.
5. Limits of our responsibility
We research these guides carefully and correct them when we find mistakes, but we cannot promise that a page is complete or current at the moment you read it. To the extent the law allows, Rajasthan.io is not liable for losses that follow from acting on the content — a missed train, a monument closed for a festival, a fee that went up, a road that took longer than described. Nothing here limits anything that cannot be limited by law.
6. Corrections and what you send us
If you email a correction, a photograph or a suggestion, you are giving us permission to use it to improve the guide, including publishing it in edited form, with credit where you ask for it. Please don't send us anything you don't have the right to share. We can't promise a reply to everything, but corrections are read.
7. Intellectual property
Content is © Rajasthan.io. Quote short excerpts with attribution and a link; wholesale reproduction is not permitted. Photographs credited on the photo credits page belong to their photographers and are used under the licence named there — those licence terms travel with the image, not with this page.
8. Changes to these terms
We update this page when the site changes — a new affiliate relationship, a new section of the guide, a correction to how something works. The effective date above is when it last changed. If you keep using the site after that date, the version you are reading is the one that applies.
